I was surfing around for books and CDs when I came across the Ossian USA site ( http://www.ossianusa.com ) and saw an interesting series. It’s called Mad for Trad and they have instructional CD-ROMs for flute, whistle, uilleann pipes, and any other common folk instrument in Irish music. Has anybody seen this series or tried it?

I have used and highly recommend the Uilleann pipes and Irish Bouzouki Mad for Trad CD courses…
I have the flute tutorial CD, it’s pretty nicely done, some great tunes.
I think I learn more from Scoiltrad lessons, and the feedback on my playing of the tunes has helped me in large ways, but the CD would be a great way to start learning.
