I clicked onto CNNSI.com and the lead story was about golfer Darren Clark taking the lead at the PGA tournament. The headline read:
Clark Whistles Ahead
Another weird sports headline would be “Jays Win!”
Wonder if the person who came up with that even realized the wonderful pun.
Three walks and a Slam and we here in Cleve-land are happy campers.
What happened to the Jays anyway. I used to love watching the Tigers and Toronto battle it out. They just aren’t their old selves anymore.
Remember in '87 when the Tigers and Jays fought it out to the very last day? That was a great, great moment. Well, for me, since the Tigers won.
They can’t pitch amongst other things. Yes I remember 87..and 92 and 93.
