The maker is unknown but it looks fairly new. Would it be Chris Bayley’s work?

That would be my guess. Chris, what do you think?
I have a Bayley half set and although chanter is simlar the keywork is slimmer and has round covers to the keys not square ones. It might be a Bayley body that has been keyed by another maker.
