It may have been stated previously, but John Sindt is making some exceptional whistles these days. I placed an order in August, got my whistles a few days ago, and have absolutely fallen in love with them. Playability and tone are truly second to none, and on top of it all, John sent me the whistles before I even sent him the check! Who does that these days? Great instrument, fantastic buying experience. I nabbed a high D, and a B/Bb/A combo, and the instruments play so well, that I have some whistles of other makes that will be on the “for sale” block soon. My wife, upon hearing these whistles sing, walked into the room and told me that “those are my favorites.” 
With these on the high end, my Goldie Overtons on the mid and low end, and a couple of Burkes in the middle as well, my whistle quiver is almost full!
To my fellow Chiffers: do yourself a favor and get on his order book. To John: Thank you for some great tooters! Now, if I could only get my 4 month old daughter to start practicing her rolls…
