These sort of e-bay lisitngs appear almost daily for old anglo concertinas. Folks put them on concertina.net. Usually they’re ripping off a legitimate sale that happened in the past six months. It’s a small enough community that either the legitimate buyer of seller posts to verify that it’s bogus. They also report them and e-bay pulls them. They are almost always scams. BEWARE
