OT- sort of- 2003 Pipes in the Valley

For those interested the 2003 Pipes in the Valley event is taking place next weekend, September 26th & 27th, at the Elks Club Pavillion on Roberts Street in East Hartford, CT.

It’s being billed as “Connecticut’s Premier Pipe Band Competition, Highland Games, Celtic Festival and Beer Festival!”
