Looks good. John Whelan is excellent. Thanks

Well, we went yesterday and it was quite nice; there was quite a crowd, too, which was good to see! We got to see Laura Cortese, Aoife Clance, and Pendragon with Skip Healy as guest. We left before Glengharry Bhoys and Robbie O’Connell Band played. Aoife Clancy was spectacular, as would be expected, Laura Cortese was great and did some cool dancing as well. Pendragon was great, their lead singer is awesome, and they did quite a few American tunes as well. Their whistle/flute player was Josh Kane, who has apparently studied with Skip Healy. Josh was quite good but seemed to be having some problems with his instruments, since he kept cutting out and fiddling around with some things behind him, which disturbed the flow of the music somewhat. It was pretty breezy, so maybe that was it. Skip Healy was right on target, though. Pendragon had some spectacular dancers who did some awesome tapdancing at one point. The festival is planned again for next year, with the promise to represent more celtic nationalities and possibly run for two days. Kids under 12 got in free!

Well worth checking out.
