I am going on Sunday for Fathers day. I was wondering if anybody else will be there. I see that the group Tinsmith will be there again. I discovered them last year. I really enjoy there music. I said last year I think of them as hillbillys in Kilts. They have a great blend of Irish and Appalachian music.
Hope to see some of you there

The NOVA Session will be hosting the session tent from 2-6 on Saturday. I’ll be there for much of that. Stop by and join us for a few tunes!
I don’t know who (if anyone) is hosting the tent on Sunday.

I am only able to make it on Sunday because of regular weekly commitments.
I will stop by the tent on Sunday. I won’t play though. Everybody is way beyond me in ability.

I should be up there on Sunday. While you’re there, if you haven’t seen Chulrua, you should take the time to do so. I spent part of yesterday afternoon with Paddy O’Brien. The man is brilliant.

In case you’re wondering what you missed, I put up a short (30s) video clip from the session tent on Saturday.

Nice video Scott. Some of the same people were there on Sunday. Swallowtail is the only jig I can play and don’t play it very well at that. I enjoyed all the groups I got to see. I was in deep want at the HMT booth. There were 3 flutes and about 5 whistles I wanted right there. Next one for me is the Adams county fest at Gettysburg.
I am off to Milford, Ohio on Monday. I don’t think I will run into anything there.
