I posted about looking for a new whistle and from the suggestions and listening to some sound clips I think I’ve decided on either a sindt or a burke…so here’s my question.
Would anyone be willing to lend me one for a couple weeks so I could try it out and see if i like either one or both of em.
I’m not coming as a full fledged begger here if anyone has either/or both a burke or sindt (preferrebly both) (I’d also love to try a Bb whistle too)that they would send me for a couple weeks after I tried em I’d ship em back to ya include a money order for reimbursement for your shipping and give you my mid-east Low D nickled brass whistle that I just bought.
So anyone willing to help a guy out
I’ve got a 100% postive rating on ebay with 45 sales and I used to be a boy scout
. I’m a trustworthy guy and I’d love to be able to see if I like the whistles before I put out some cash after christmas and buy my own.
Thanks to everyone that gave it a read and if anyone is interested just PM me or you can email me direct at jlvaulter@yahoo.com …heck if ya want to talk to me before ya trust your whistle to me I’ll give ya my cell # if you are interested.
Thanks

Vaulter, if you order directly from Mike Burke, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try any of them for only the cost of shipping. By the way, if you want a good cross-fingered C-natural, you might want to rule out the Sindt. However, that still leaves several Burke models to try. For a wonderful general purpose instrument, I’m partial to the brass pro session, but the narrow bores are also great.
