That’s the Walls of Liscarroll. You can play it in a variety of keys.
It vaguely resembles “The Walls of Liscarrol” to my ear. I’m just guessing now. Other than that, I’m clueless.
Oops! Late again! I do play that tune in a different key.
There’s an awesome Benedict Khoeler (mis-spelled) version of it in Walsh’s tune book. Definetly worth checking out for any piper.
