I have it but the name… not so much.

By John McCusker, and it has various names: The Anniversary Waltz, Anne Maguire’s Silver Wedding Waltz, The Radio Sweethearts’ Waltz. IIRC, McCusker presented it on a radio call-in programme, and the winning caller won the rights to name the tune.
