I found the dots in A at tunefinder but they only have a midi. Does anyone know of an mp3 or some other source that will give me an idea how it is actually played? I would like to learn this for obvious reasons.

Ron,
You could try looking here: http://stations.mp3s.com/stations/world_folk/
And then doing a search. I tried for you, but I’m at the office and Corporate Security have blocked all internet access to anything to do with MP3s… Can’t even do a search!!
I’ll also have a look at home and see what I’ve got.
Hope this helps…
Thanks for the sight. I haven’t found the reel yet though. There is a ton of stuff here. I will continue to search the site and other sites. It’s probably too fast for me to learn anyway but I will keep trying until I can.

It’s on the end of one of the recordings here, about 2/3 of the way down the page, under the heading “reels & jig.”

Thanks for the site and thanks to both of you for the effort in searching for it. I would love to know where it originated. My Kiley’s are from County Cork.
