I’ve just collected my new chanter from Brian. It’s fully-keyed, including stop-key and popping valve ( also incorporating Brians tuning iris). This is exactly what I have wanted. It plays effortlessly and with a tone which is both sweet and mellow. I knew it would be good but it’s more than that. It’s very special. It’s so outstandingly good that I will be selling my Soefirne C# Half Set and also my Geoff Wooff C# Chanter in the near future and I have already ordered the drones from Brian.Wait 'til you try this at the Floating Tionol, Sean!
Better get in and sell the Wooff chanter soon. Forecasters predict the Woof Set market will peak shortly followed by a slight fluctuation in prices. Later this year will see a drop in the Woof Pipe market of about .02% depending on whether or not the Reserve Bank holds interest rates or introduces the .05% increase analysts have been expecting.
