“Auld Lang Syne” is pretty easy, in either D or G. I should add it to my site…I didn’t think about it in time for New Year.

I also played Auld Lang Syne at midnite on my Syn C.
And I played Auld Lang Syne at midnight on a Gen Bb (closest I could come to a GHB). 
I also raised a glass of Jameson’s to the departing old year 
On Highland Pipes in the driveway before handling a pint glass half full of Jameson. Resolved on the spot - that is the worst I am going to play all year (stick with that one)

On New Year’s Eve I was in bed by 10 (maybe 11), but on New Year’s Day we traveled to my friend’s brother’s house with our instruments and coaxed a few of brother’s friends to come and play and sing.
It was marvelous fun and maybe they’ll ask us back.
