The same to you too, Sweetone. Many thanks!
Best wishes, Adrian
Same to you!
We always have a very low-key New Year’s Eve…too many drunks on the road to go anywhere, y’know? I’ll make homemade pizza and maybe we’ll rent a couple of movies, and at midnight we’ll watch the ball come down in Times Square on TV and have a bit of champagne.
It’s funny…normally I feel a bit melancholy on New Year’s Eve (saying goodbye to the old year and all), but this year it just seems like another day…maybe because my mind has been thinking in terms of 2003 already (I sometimes have to stop myself writing 2003 on checks!).
May the New Year bring many days of wonderful music to all here!

Have a blessed year and remember most things aren’t as serious as they seem.
Who of us is the first to celebrate the New Year? Wouldn’t it be neat to have a post in chronological order from everyone in all the various time zones?
I know I’m 6 hours ahead of NYC
Happy New Year to all!

I am thinking maybe it would be our friends in Australia as they are 15 hours ahead of us (here in Canada, eh)? Although I could be wrong as I am most geographically illiterate!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!

Happy New Year Everyone! I always celebrate with my church family… we go bowling and then go to this one family’s house to pig out and watch the ball drop. =) The funny thing is, that’s the only time I ever bowl… once a year. I keep hoping I’ll get better every year, but I think I forget how during the time in between New Year’s Eve. LOL So I stink at it, but boy do we have fun.
I’ll celebrate at work tonight, two of us straightening out the store for tomorrow’s business. But I will call my better half to wish her a Happy new year!

I like to get out my tenor sax, go out on the deck and very loudly (and poorly) play “Auld Lang Syne” at midnight. The neighbors really, uh… “love it”.

Wishing all of you a Happy New Year… may all of your WhOA dreams be fulfilled!! Oh, on second thought, maybe not all of them-- then what would we have to fixate on?? ![]()
Peace and joy to you,

Happy New Year all you whistlers!!!
This is my first gig-free New Years in quite a while and my Hubby and I are really enjoying it. T.V. sucks tonight though…
Have a great one everyone,
