A Happy Hogmanny from Scotland to you all.

Due to very bad weather most of the celebrations got cancelled but ours at home were celebrated with a wee dram:-) Happy 2004

Same to ya!

We always spend New Year’s Eve at home, 'cause we don’t want to meet the party crowd on the roads late at night. Homemade pizza, champagne, and watching the ball come down in Time’s Square…that’s how we ring in the new year.

Hope 2004 holds lots of whistling joy for everybody!

Hiya, Jacqui! A wee dram would have been so nice! We did beer, and I fogot about how that carbonated stuff can affect you when you get a tad older! Oy! Happy Hogmanny!

We celebrated at an uncle’s house with sparkling (carbonated) juice…it was good! I was really worried about the snowstorm and the party crowds on the roads, but it was fine and we got home safely and in one piece.

Anna. It would have been a lot better if I hadn’t had flu. But the dram soothed the throat. Haven’t played anything since 15th December as this Scottish flu is worse than midges. Eventually ended up being carted off to local hospital today and given antibiotics as I now have a chest infection. Really annoying as I good a lovely Sweetheart flute from e-bay and can’t play it. Daughter says it sounds nice though. :frowning:
