Hey Gang -
The next Boise session will be on the last SUNDAY of the month, the 27th. The reason it is on Sunday instead of Saturday is because our generous host family has a prior engagement for the 26th, and so we can’t have it there. However, I’d be up for both days if we could find another locale. 
My place is open but you’d have to sit on the floor.
Please let me know if you’d be able to come the 27th, or if you can’t, if you’d want to get together with me somewhere on the 26th. Also, the Boise Highlanders will be playing on the 26th, so we could take in some piping if you like.
Currently, the typical setup stands, namely potluck dinner and session beginning at 3. There has been some talk of having a beginner’s session for an hour before the regular one, if you would be interested in that let me know. This would be geared toward learning a handful of tunes and getting some tips on technique. Tunes will have a speed limit of “substantially less than Brian on Langstrom’s Pony.”
Please note - this, unfortunately, will be the LAST monthly Boise session I will be at! On Friday, November 22nd, I will be leaving town for points east.
