Let’s capture some history or all these sales/auctions will have meaningless data when searching the archives.
Opening bid: GBP 650.00 (Approximately US $1,197.30)
auction has a reserve.
The seller claims the set was rarely used and in pristine condition.
Questions to the origin lean toward Pakistani made and there is a remark that they were assembled in 2004 by Wilber Garvin, Secretary of the Irish Pipers Association.
Can someone comment/verify if Wilber is know for doing this to imported sets?
Do you suppose they mean Wilbert instead of Wilber? It is a Pakistani set, and why Pakistani sets keep popping up in this forum is beyond me…
PJ !!! 15,000 hail marys and twice as many our fathers!!!

It’s probably good to make people aware that a particular set is Pakistani-made. Even if it risks starting an arugment on the pros and cons of Pakistani sets, it helps avoid better than the situation where someone buys a set thinking it isn’t make in Pakistan when in fact it is (which happened recently).
It’s a Ryhthm Industries set…
A rose, by any other name, is still… ummmm… flora?
