Yup, Pakistan’s own contribution to the Uilleann Piping world community… the white faux vinyl bellows gusset gave it away… after the many, many other usual indentifying marks. 
It’s a pity that they waste the wood on those.

Someone ought to email the seller and see if it is a Tim Britton Refurb (the presence of his book in the 4th pic makes me think it might be).
Anyone other than Antaine ever purchase such a set from Tim?
