The drones look Pakistani made. The chanter almost looks like Tim Britton’s work, except that he does not use ivory or faux ivory on his pipes.
The wind cap certainly looks Pakistani made.
The description says the REED was made by Seth Hamon, not the set. A reed from Celtic Fire sounds a bit fishy too–they sell GHB reeds, and supplies for making UP reeds, but I don’t think they sell completed UP reeds. Looks like a Sailkot Special to me.

IIRC, this is Seth’s old set. The drones were P-made but I think the rest was Seth’s own making.
That would explain why the chanter resembles Tim Britton’s work. Seth uses a reamer he got from Tim, it stands to reason he may have wished to also emulate Tim’s turning style… just a thought.
Yep, Actually the whole set is Pakistani…I got them from Brad Madison back in the day when I was just a lonely Highland Piper… All I did to the set is reed the chanter, put on a synthetic bag, and sleeved the bass drone standing joint from the original 5/16 i.d. down to 3/16 i.d.
