I’ve seen one of these sets close up. Plastic chanter reed. The drone reeds were so stiff, no amount of pressure on the bag would get them to play. Also, every connection needed to be hemped. The bellows leaked and the gusset seemed to be made of a very thick leather making it difficult to pump.
