What happen to the web site? I need my occasional music fix!!

I’ve emailed John McHaffie to asked what happened. Like I said in a previous post, it went down once before for maintenance without warning and was down for a few days. He hasn’t emailed me back yet with an explanation. If I don’t hear back in a week and it’s still down, then we have an alternate site planned. I don’t want to rush into a JOB of transferring the site, links, etc, etc. (Makes my stomach hurt to think about it.) I can only work on that kind of project on weekends. I’d rather be whistling.
In the meantime, record your tunes and hang onto them.

Just to reassure and update: I’ve uploaded the whole site to another server kindly offered by another C&Fer. It’s a new site and will be visitable I believe within the next couple of days. Just waiting for the host service to finalize their stuff. My end is completed! (as soon as I can verify I didn’t bungle it.)
I still haven’t heard back from John McHaffie. I hope he is well. I just hate to wait and wonder if we’ll be back on line on his server. And, the weekend is the only opportunity to do the transfer. Can’t wait for everyone to see the site. I revamped some of the graphics.
There is an invitation on the home page to anyone who wants to send in an appropriate graphic for the home and news pages. Something possibly whistle/music/celtic/whatever related. A chance for show and tell.

Hi there, I posted before I read on down here… sorry for the no reply there Tony… my site goes down.. so does my e-mail.
If you already have it all moved over that’s fine, and no problems here, and my own site won’t be back up until after the weekend anyway, when I find a new host that will be more stable and have some sort of e-mail forwarding even if they do have trouble.
I appreciate you all keeping the site a live, and I plan to contribute to it, wherever it ends up, pretty soon. Got some new ones worked up that I really like.
