Technical question about using "clips and snips"

I checked it out after the rave about Groovehead’s Air, but I don’t see any links or anything in the postings. How does one use clips and snips?

To be sure of finding a link to Clips and Snips (formerly called “Tinwhistletunes formerly called Clips and Snips”???), Look on the main Forum Index page (of this message board- link to it is at bottom of this page). The list of forums vertically goes:

In the Clips and Snips forum bar, there is a small link to “Clips and Snips tune archive.” Once you see it, you’ll never forget. Ever. Once you hear it, you’ll wonder…and you’ll be dying to get your tune up with everyone else’s. For all youse new guys, there’s no judging going on. I don’t select from submissions. If you want to be posted and you fit the liberal criteria listed on the Homepage, you’re on. (There’s instructions there, also.)

(If you email me and don’t hear anything, I very likely didn’t get your email. Send it again. I almost always post the same day I receive tunes. If nothing happens in 3 days, something went horribly wrong.)
