So how about adding a “Public Folder” for sound files? I mentioned this earlier but all it seemed to do was to pique curiosity about that other forum.
It’d be a folder open to the public, maybe it’d be good to disable to edit the contents though. You’d just drop your MP3 in there, find the correct URL, post the URL in a sticky topic, done. We could hear just little snippets of tunes, ornaments, what have you.
It’d be great for actually analyzing piping. I’m sick of just describing this stuff in print, how about the rest of you? This is the 21st century, right?
I don’t like the Clips Snips thing much, too cumbersome. One of you self-professed Geeks must know how to set this up.

They’re starting to do this on the other forum. Instead of trying to describe how to play an ornamentation, it’s recorded and uploaded. I get the impression that the Plod invests a little more into the other forum than the powers that be here.
I happen to know for a fact that this is already available within any thread at the other forum as well as any number of other little enhancements not featured on some forums.
