Philippe Varlet and I host sessions Sunday afternoons from 3 til 7ish and Wednesday evenings from 7 til 11 at Ri Ra, 4931 Elm Street, Bethesda, MD 20814. The first hour or so is usually slower-paced and geared toward beginner and intermediate players. After that things start to get more, er, unbuttoned. There are usually five to eight people playing.
The pub is smoke-free (welcome to Montgomery County) and has an excellent menu, as well as the usual potables.
