There’s an online converter somewhere that outputs tabs below the dots. Probably using abcm2ps, which you can also download and run directly.
My transcription (Feadoggie’s 2nd link) is accurate and closest to the fiddle original, but needs to be transposed for whistle.
This is one that will do the conversion. http://mandolintab.net/abcconverter.php It can handle the transposition as well, I think.
It’s still not a bad idea to do some of the work yourself by converting from notation to tab. It will help you start to become familiar with the common notation methods and get you past needing the tabs.
