Looks like a chromatic Bb fife - kind of a meld between a flutophone and a fife. Could be fun!

I hadn’t converted the length into cm, so I imagined a low D flute with those strange holes… But around 44 cm, you’re right, it’s probably a Bb fife. Fun, but some transitions must be really awkward to play
