I saw that on a sign in a tackle shop and found it to be very profound.
Ok, maybe not profound, but amusing at any rate. I haven’t been
fishing for quite a while now, and I’m afraid my ability to stretch the truth
may have suffered in the interim.

They might as well all be liars, since nobody believes them anyway.

Good point. It sort of occurred to me yesterday that they all involved measuring something. So, let me change my statement a bit and just say that although men do overestimate (to put it politely) the size of fish they catch (come on, like you didn’t weigh the darn thing), in my experience, they underestimate all other measurements. So Missy and I have husbands who seem to be the opposite here.
