Stiofan, I’m known for missing things under my nose, but, I still don’t see that Martin Hayes is playing on Saturday. ??? (I still haven’t bought a ticket.)
Tony
As far as I can tell, Martin is playing on Friday night with Dennis Cahill (along with Altan), then on Sunday afternoon with Kevin Crawford and John Doyle (wow–what a trio…). So–no, Martin doesn’t seem to be on the schedule for Saturday, but since he’s probably going to be around anyway, it wouldn’t surprise me to find him playing somewhere on the festival grounds. Tony, were you under the impression that Martin was playing on Saturday?

Well, I thought that’s what you said at your house last week. And I said I didn’t see that on the web site. I’m still scratching my head trying to decide what to do (not to mention the fleas).

hmmm…well, just as you say you’ve been known to miss things under your nose (but isn’t that where your whistle goes?), I’ve been know to utter a near-truth now and then (inadvertantly, of course), so maybe I confounded Sat & Sun when we were talking about the dates…in any case, I hope you can make it to the festival sometime over the weekend - let me know if you’re coming up.
I like that term, ‘near-truth.’ Mind if I use it? It would come in handy for me often enough. I’ll let you know when my mind makes itself up. I’m still waiting for an answer.

Heading up Tony? Justine, keep me post if you’re heading up there. I haven’t made up my mind yet but I might go if one of you guys are going up there too.
Hmmm, I think that there might be a fine session at the Plough sunday night?
I’ll probably decide tomorrow morning…depends if I can get my boyfriend to drive me. I’ll definitely head into S.F. Sunday night, anyway. Are you thinking the Plough or the Bodhran? Or maybe both…
