Last yesterday I was reading about the European Union on wikipedia, and I came across mention of Sealand.

I never even knew there was such a place. I’m sure many Britons don’t know it, either. I find it fascinating. I want to go live there now.

I almost wrote a book called “The Duchy of Bobo,” until I realized the story was suffering from the same ills that plagued my first effort, and changed tacks.
