I had a look at eBay US and a Quinn chanter has just been put on for sale.
The starting price is $250, this seems low. It is US only, so it is not available to me, but the starting price seems a bit off.

Interesting looking chanter, but there’s something odd about the back D and E holes. Might just be the photo but they look bigger/longer than normal.
Quite an early one. 1978 according to the listing. The toneholes definitely look like they are not in great shape. I wonder if someone did some work on it at some point? Could explain the low starting price.
