Since your sister’s able to play “Concerning Hobbits” by ear, can’t she send me the notes?

I put it on and listened to it once through, and here are at least the first few notes (works for me, anyhow, you can embellish them how you want)

You’ll catch the phrasing when you go to play it. I’m sure there are others out there who can do it a lot better than me, plus I’d have to listen to the music more than once to get more of the tune…
