Paul Mcgrattan materials searching

Hello, I’m searching materials like audio, video or files about Paul Mcgrattan.

I have all his albums, and I have seen these videos of him on youtube:

And this: http://vibe3.com/mp3/sean_paul_og.html

I haven’t found more of them. I’ve seen also the Jem’s video on facebook, really nice.
I hope that someone have met him has audio files, video catched at the moment, or something else.

Thanks!!!

There is an audio track on the CD An Gaoth Aduaidh (The North Wind) “Alastruim’s March/Cailleach An Airgid/Trim The Velvet”

He plays on some of the tracks on Hammy Hamilton’s CD “The Moneymusk”

As Mr. Gumby says, he is on the OAC Willie Week 2010 CDs, with " An Raibh Tú ag an gCarraig (air), The Mist Covered Mountain (jig), Captain Kelly’s (reel) ". I only have 2007-2009, will have to pick up this one.

Ah, yes, credited on “Music at Matt Molloy’s”, also.

Plays whistle 1 track “Christmas Eve” on “A Real Irish Christmas” (a traditionally flavored collection of Irish holiday and celebratory music).

Appears on a couple of the Rough Guide to Irish Music, but since those are compilation albums, probably not new tracks.

I think Paul might be present in this video on Facebook, at (a) Fintan Vallely book launch

and perhaps here - hard to see (he is tagged)

About 22 videos at the Cobblestone, requires login. I don’t know if these particular videos can be viewed with the free membership, or whether you need to pay the Euro20/year access.)

(UPDATE) Now I know, you need to be a standard subscriber (Euro20) or above.

BTW, I see 3 videos posted by Jem with Paul McGrattan and JM Veillon. - got 'em all?

And please enumerate which albums you have.

Beginish are great, unlucky there aren’t other videos of them except this on youtube…

There may be, just might take a little searching. Note that I am editing the post as I find others videos of Paul. So, I take it you have the standard 5 albums already?

I think there is at least one track on one of the OAC Willie week compilations and other stuff circulating. Seen him play several times this week:

I think Beginish played the Kilkenny TradFest this year, maybe someone has a recording?

I figured I’d stop at about 30 - have you found any more?

These that are free to be seen as standard member.

Paul was also the flute player on a few cassette tapes recorded specifically for set dancing, released maybe sometime in the 1990s [?].

The NPU set dancing tapes were earlier than that, 85-86 probably.

I posted this one before, played on a whistle made by Nick Adams from a whalebone found on the beach in Spanish Point. The soundfile shows it’s age.

As far as I know I have some recordings I made around that time. It’s all a long time ago though.
