One Chiffer plus One Chiffer equals...?

If you cross an Avanutria:

…with a Martin Milner:

…what do you get?

For those of you who remember us, may I introduce Milner 2.0, also known as Eddie:

We don’t know what instrument he plays yet, but chances are it needs a spit valve.

Ha! I saw your post, and the first thing I muttered was, “Now, where have you been?”

Congratulations on the Milner 2.0 edition, and say “Hi” to Martin for me.

they’re gon…

Congratulation to both of ya!

He’ll need a mute too. Congratulations.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Eddie “Dale” Milner.

Congratulations!
I remember the two of you from the forum, and meeting you at Tyghress’ home a number of years back. Good to see you again

My wife told me not to say “ditto”, so congratulations on the new arrival to this world of music and other less important things.

I correctly interpreted a subject line for once!
Congrats! He’s the picture of Milnerity.

Congratulations! Have fun!

We’re starting him early…

Is that a very large whistle, or a very small baby?

Also, I see by the label on his nether parts that you downloaded him via FTP. A very sensible use of the internet, if you ask me!

Higher magnification reveals the tag to read “flip”. Part of the operating instructions, no doubt.

Insecure protocols like FTP wouldn’t be a good idea for that sort of download. SFTP might be a better bet.

That would be a Low D. I didn’t want to give him something small enough that he could actually find the end of it to put in his mouth before I could take the picture.

And he’s very strong…he’s holding that thing up by himself, and it’s metal.

They ought to have printed it readable when he’s on his front, as that’s usually when we have to intervene and flip him back again. At least till he learns to do it himself.

Well I guess someone has to say it.

“One Chiffer plus One Chiffer equals…?”

Well, it’s simple math! One Chiffer plus one Chiffer equals a Mini Chiffer! Anyway, congrats!

Congratulations to both of you, and, in accordance with C&F usage, a warm welcome to the newbie. Are we witnessing the birth of heavy metal whistling?

Just popped into the forum after an indecently long absence, and was pleasantly surprised to see a couple of names that I recognised!

Congratulations and all best wishes from Mr. and Mrs. Carrie-Wombat!

Looks like a “chiff off the old block”. Enjoy and congratulations.
