Yup. Hard to imagine that not a single moderator is aware of the situation after all this time, but nothing has been done. Very unfair to the commercial posters who follow the rules.
Also, if I recall correctly, Phil was banned from the forum.
I’d settle for a simple “CP:” as a demarcation as other makers use.

I have no dog in this hunt, so this is just an observation. To pick a nit, there are several grammatical errors on the home page. If he’s this sloppy with his Web site, it raises (at least to me) the question of how sloppy he is in the manufacture of his whistles.
That is ridiculous. It does not take good grammar to make a good instrument plus the website was likely contracted out. Following that logic I could say that you couldn’t be considered a quality author unless your book has no grammatical errors? Even great authors hire copy editors. Why does everyone like picking on Phil? I agree that if he is going to be posting a bunch of promotional links he should be contributing to this forum in other ways. He should have a lot to offer especially for us noobs and that is what the rules state. But honestly this thread should be no surprise! I’m new here and it only took a few days to spot that Wiz was Phil! The mods are now aware (if they weren’t already), so can we talk about whistles now? I can’t help but notice that most threads have a really slow response rate, but if Phil’s name is used… bam 10 replies just posted.
My two cents: Have you ever built a website? If no! Then, you don’t know what you speak of. He had somebody else build that website. I own two Kerry whistles and the workmanship is second to none! An unfair comment/remark to say the least. " just an observation" I have seen this remark so many times on this forum its a joke. What a passive/aggressive comment. What is puzzling to me is that so many people buy Phil’s whistles and keep them then, Rag on Phil hardy! WTF? What is that all about? And, how many other builders go incognito that the Mods know/don’t know about?

Well I just came back from the old wizz post, I get the humour in it but never noticed as I was writing…if it is not Phil Hardy, then the wizz must be the biggest PH supporter here…I, personally, find stuff like this a little “creepy”…someone lurking around, pretending to be someone else all the while self-promoting, kinda gives me the heebee jeebees!!
