Does anyone know what low D whistle Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh is playing on Barry Phillips “Cello” CD on the last cut-“Inis Oirr”(Inishere)? It’s a great CD, and what a beautiful air on the low whistle- makes it all worthwhile-in fact, this is the tune that made me want to play the low whistle-she plays it with so much expression and feeling! And, I particularly like that Chiffy tone. Thanks Muireann!
