Can anyone name the whistle she’s playing at the end of this video? It sounds nice. It’s not a generation, is it?

Well, I’m no expert, but it looks exactly like my Feadog, minus the sweaty finger tarnish.
Looks like a tweaked Feadog to me as well.
Do u think it’s tweaked because of the way it sounds or the way it looks?
Looks like a putty tweak when I zoomed in but not certain. Email her and ask.

oh yeah duh, good idea
To me it looks like a Feadóg, but it’s hard to tell since the sticker is missing.
It’s hard to tell from the video. If there’s a clear plastic chip laminated on top of the ramp, it’s most likely an O’Briain Improved Feadog. I thought I saw such a lamination, but it’s too grainy to be sure.
Best wishes,
Jerry
Could it be a Waltons?
I don’t think so. That looks like a Feadog whistlehead to me.
Best wishes,
Jerry
I believe it is a Feadog. I have one in front of me that is exactly like it. I would bet it is not tweaked at all. Somebody email her and find out.

I sent her a message via myspace. Hopefully we’ll get an answer. Looks like a Feadog to me too though.
Here’s her myspace, if anyone’s interested: www.myspace.com/juliefowlis
I have my Feadog D and my Walton Mellow D in front of me and it looks more like the latter to me.
I thought I saw a clear lamination on the ramp but was not certain. My first impression was that it might been one of yours.
Thank you for this thread. I was not previously
familiar with Ms. Fowlis. I think I’m in love.

I’d say that was a Dixon Trad.

I am almost certain that is a Faedog, it looks identical to mine.
I’m seeing her in concert in 3 weeks - I’ll try to ask her for you!
Thank you very much. Some pix too please.
