I am still raising money for school and have decided to sell my last remaining Low D whistle, a Laughing whistle by Noah Herbison. (Please note that the Low laughings do not telescope.) This tuneable, lightweight whistle is an excellent one for late night practise or apartment life. In the first octave, no one outside the room will hear you. In the second, very few people will. Definitely NOT a session whistle!

I believe the whistle is made of lightweight aluminum (or aluminium if you prefer!). It is not at all heavy and has very thin walls. I wouldn’t step on it if I were you… The whistle has a tuning slide and is very in tune with itself and with others. The mouthpiece is comfortable. This was my first Low D whistle and it took about 2-3 weeks to get used to the stretch in the right hand.
