I haven’t read the whole thread, just chiming in. If you are ordering a keyed flute, I know for a fact that Sam Murray will design the blocks for a flat-fingered “piper” grip. Moreover, his prices and wait times can be very reasonable. Any commonly mentioned maker should be able to accommodate your specific requests.
