Help identifying tourism tune

Pls forgive me if this isn’t the place for this question but if you could direct me to something better I will be on my way.

Back in the 90s The Irish Tourism Board had an advert for travel to Ireland and I tried to determine the tune or artist and struck out. The tune is similar to Harry’s Game but different. I recently found the ad on youtube here:
