Hi, Cara. It’s just yet another soundtrack reflecting the popular perception of what Irish music is “like”. It’s not real Trad at all, but a caricature. And that, I’m weary to report, is to be expected. If it has any name, it would be irrelevant and of no interest in Trad circles.
