A radio listener has asked for my help identifying a short excerpt of synthesizer + tin whistle. It’s pretty undistinguished; I’ve listened and cannot ID. Guess it wasn’t clear from my initial post. I did not play the clip–had I done so, I probably would have been able to identify, no? I’d certainly agree with all the tart responses I got about the clip’s quality.
In fact, a correspondent on another list actually came up with the ID, saying “it’s a recording of “When The Snow Melts” by Phil Cunningham and Mánus Lunny from the album “Celtic Christmas” circa 1995.”
The original query came to me via my show’s website, as a forward from another with the query originating in Brazil.
