Ginsberg drones, sky bellows and chanter up for sale $1400

well as hard as it is to say my wife was right, she was. i just dont have the time to put into the up’s right now. i have tried, and when my youngest of 3 goes to school you will see me again but for now.

i have a set of ginsberg drones, abw and and brass there about 10-12 years old. i am the third owner. cane reeds made by the first owner. the brass plate i added to cover up the bass regulator mounting point. the regulator holes are corked from the back of the stock.

the chanter is a pat sky rosewood chanter no keys or mounts. i have a ghb rubber plug in place of the cork cap that came with it.

the bellows is also pats. i put a quick connect system on it for easy on and off, and i have a set of cj dixon leather pads on the way for it.

the bag is a l@m very air tight leather bag.

2 reeds one very easy and sounding good and one thats a bit tougher.

this is a nice set all around. you can hear sound samples on pats site of the chanter. i have not gotten to playing the drones yet. i have a sample from the other owner i can send in a email.

i put these up on ebay at a higher price. the price here is a forum member discount if you will. there would be less hassle from one of you folks

relisted on ebay. make an offer here. great set no wait.

Someone should jump on this set. Ginzberg makes some of the best behaved and sounding drones out there for the last 35+ years. Pat’s chanters are some of the best made, both for tone and reedability. Some may be put off by a set of mixed makers, but such sets are not substandard and many good players use them. Someone will be very happy with this set.

set is sold to a lad in mew mexico. thanks for looking see you when the kids get older.
