Hi all,

I’m looking at purchasing a set of practice pipes for my Dad’s birthday and one of the options I’ve come across is the following from Ebay:

Would anyone be able to tell me if they are halfway decent or just a waste of money?
Not assuming that they’ll be anything other than cheap or cheerful but something suitable for beginners.
