Is anyone familiar with the wooden tuneable whistles made in Germany by the Adler Heinrich company - and sometimes sold under the ‘Gael’ name?
Your views, public or private, would be gratefully received.
BTW, this is me back to the grindstone after a fairly miserable few days. Thanks for all your support!

Did you see the reviews in the whistles section? I also seem to remember a thread about them a while ago. I remember that the review was positive, thought that the tone was interesting, the whistle problably not for beginners, and that it required a oxxxxo fingering for the c-nat.
Thank you Bloomfield.
But, I can’t find the original review. Did you erase it Dale, or am I not looking hard enough?

Steve-
Check under the Expensive Whistles reviews. The whistle reviewed is called a Weltmeister, not a Gael. I suspect it is the same whistle. Same maker, anyway. I have seen it sold under another name, but I can’t recall right now what the name was.
I wouldn’t mind having one, but I have a lot of other whistles I want ahead of it.
