Might be better to let people know what Dixon flute it is as there are several different models.
It is a low d flute, I dont know what model except it is tunable
That’s one of Tony’s two piece conical flutes - his starter model so to speak - often sold in combination (but not always) with a low D whistle head.
It’s against board rules to critique price - that’s why no one is touching that question. Hobgoblin USA sells them new for $71, and your price of $60 including shipping or OBO seems reasonable.
However, most of us here on the flute board are hunting for more upscale model flutes, so that may be why you haven’t received a response.
I’d suggesting posting to the whistle board where you might lure a whistler into the more evolved world of flutes. 
Flutes like yours are gateway instruments…many of us got started on similar beasties.

I think that Eric meant to say that this is one of Tony’s two-piece cylindrical-bore flutes made from thin-wall black polymer pipe. The tuning slide is made by expanding the polymer tubing with heat. Of course, I could be wrong about this as well.

Doug - you’re right on target! I kept thinking, type cylindrical…but ended up doing the opposite.
Oh well, I do think this would do better on the whistle board.

Thank you guy for the responce. I will try it on the whistle forum. Im so used to my bamboo flutes with a deeper chimney this one didnt suit me well. I am not a good flute player, after 1& 1/2 octaves , I get real sketchy.
The Dixon 2pc are notoriously difficult to play. I acctually don’t think this is a bad thing. Tipple flutes are probably way better in terms of sound, tuning and playability, but this one is sure to develop ones embouchure. I have one, it was my first flute, and I still play it occationally, because it’s a wonderful practice instrument because it’s so difficult to get a clear tone from. I also think it has contributed a lot to developing my embouchure from day 1
