Tell us a bit about the Dixon flute with the vented foot. Have you ever had a chance to compare it to one without the vented foot. Regardless, that’s a good price for a nice flute - my old Dixon was what got me seriously into the flute world.

I’ve never played any other flute, so I really have nothing to compare it to. You’re right though, it is a really nice flute. I wouldn’t be selling it if I didn’t have to, believe me.

Only the Dixon flute and the Reyburn set left.
The Sindt set was the first to go. Not even a nibble on the Reyburns, which surprises me. But let me tell you…I had been in a similar situation where I sold this same set. I missed it so much that I was thrilled when the buyer agreed to sell it back to me later. I almost hope it doesn’t sell, but damn I need the money.
The flute is a rare bird. Tony only made a handful of the four piece, as far as I know. It’s very easy to play and the hole positioning can be changed to accommodate smaller hands. If this sells, I hope Tony will still talk to me.
