Hi Folks,

It is with regret that I must part with my Copley 6-key in blackwood. It’s a fantastic flute in every way. I was hoping to be able to hold onto it, but family finances have forced me to sell :frowning:

The flute was made in 2004, and recently repadded. It sounds fantastic, is responsive, etc, etc. No damage at all. Copley’s and Boegli’s work is fantastic. The keys work amazingly well. All wood and silver are in great shape, as are the cork tenons. These are US$2365 new. I’m looking for US$1900 which includes insured shipping. Comes with the padded pistol case that Mr. Copley uses, as well as a hygrometer and cork grease. Just polished the silver keys and oiled the flute. It’s ready to go to a new home. PM if interested.

Someone needs this flute. I’d snag it but I’m up to my eyeballs in good flutes already.

A few people asked for more photos, so I tried to add some. It’s the best I can do with my limited photography experience! This is a fine flute that comes with a case, hygrometer, and cork grease :slight_smile:

It works now. Probably just contention due to feeding frenzy.

Hello Everyone-

I need to sell this gorgeous flute. Someone make me a reasonable offer before I have to resort to EBAY. :astonished: This is one solid flute and I’d hold onto it if I could. Someone is going to get a great deal for a 6-key flute.

Just wanted to put in a good word for Irish Marine - if he says the flute is a keeper you may be confident of the sale - straight shootin’ guy who knows his stuff!

Thanks for the comments and ideas gents; it’s definitely a great way to stimulate my economy! It’s also a great buy for a holiday gift; either for your significant other or yourself :smiley: I need to sell so make me an offer! I was playing it yesterday and really don’t want to sell as it is a fantastic flute (at a great price for a 6-key), but I must :frowning:

Just received my flute from Irish Marine. It is a very nice flute–and all went according to plan!
