Amazingly my Copley is still for sale… This is a killer flute and no wait! Like I’ve said before, Dave’s flutes are excellent and better than many flutes out there that have a “name”. Intonation is spot-on and great tone… If you’re looking for a 6 key flute with no waiting time, you should really jump on this one. Pictures of my 6 key can be found in the archives.
When I was at Irish Arts Week, I had two people seriously interested in purchasing this flute - I have since lost their contact info and they’ve probably lost mine since we probably wrote our numbers down on bar napkins!
Oh, at Irish Arts Week, I had June McCormack (one of my instructors)play it and she was immediately surprised by the flute’s great intonation… She plays an Olwell and Grinter.
I realize that it’s hard to pick out a flute sight unseen so I’ll allow a 1 week trial (in the US).
New, a 6 key goes for $2180. This flute is not even a year old. Make me a reasonable offer.
