Anyone know where there’s a good Celtic and/or Scandi fiddle forum? I went to Gaelic Crossings and was a bit dissapointed…

Yeah, I know what you mean about Gaelic Crossings. But I’m not a fiddle player so it doesn’t bother me much. But I do play concertina and I think the free reed site is coming along very nicely.
What I’d suggest is that you go back and make a couple of interesting fiddle postings just to stir up some interest. Ask an interesting question, perhaps make an observation that might be controversial. Once fiddlers notice that something’s happening, they might all join in.

It seems to be pretty general. There’s also Fiddle-l, an email list. I don’t belong but I think it’s pretty general too. Maybe more geared toward old time music than what you are looking for.
